Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and overall fluid check. They were all very friendly and informative. Hardly had any wait time! As I was leaving I asked about a noise I had been hearing. They took the car back out, test drove it, put it back in the air, tracked down the noise and took care of it!! I have found my new “place”!

Thank you to Jamie and crew. Enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and comfortable waiting area. I was in and out of there so fast I barely had time to check messages on my phone and they were done. Reasonable pricing, fast, and great customer service, I will be back. Bonus: looks like the Dutch Bros. coffee place next door will be open for the next time.

First time visiting Fast Track Tire and Service in Bartlesville and it was a great experience from start to finish. Pricing was very fair and the service was quick, which I really appreciated. The shop itself was extremely clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure or upselling. The free air station outside for tires is a nice added convenience as well. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient visit and I’ll definitely be back when I need tires or service again.

Fast Track did an amazing job installing a 2.5 inch lift on my Yukon XL. It looks so good, and all of the staff was so kind to my husband during the process! Fast Track is also our go-to for oil changes and other maintenance. Highly recommend.

First, I just wanted to start off by saying this is the FANCIEST vehicle service center I've ever been too. With that said, everyone here is beyond nice and helpful. Along with that, Im use to about an hour for an oil change at a place in my home town and they got EVERYTHING done in just at 15 minutes flat. AND It was a lot cheaper for a full synthetic oil change than most places around OKC I was in desperate need of an oil change since I commute 157 miles one way to work and they took care of me like it was nothing. I cannot stress enough how awesome this place is and as long as im working in Bartlesville, I'll be going here for car services

These are the kind of people you want to do business with. They acquired the resources needed to pin point a vibration issue. They identified a few concerns. 1st, the main culprit, needed to be dealt with. 2nd something that could wait, and 3rd,very low level, almost not on the radar. They went the distance to make sure the problem was dealt with.

These guys were great, they let me know what needed attention and what was fine, didn't try the hard-up sale. Had an oil change, check transmission fluid, rotate tires and check brakes.

The guys here are amazing! I had a battery switched out and needed to drop the old one back off at auto-zone, I reached out to verify it was left in my vehicle(I took two in one day) when I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he informed me the old battery was still at the shop and he offered to bring the battery to me. He brought it and dropped it off to me while I was at Walmart! What GREAT hospitality! They genuinely care and that is why I’ll keep going back. ☺️

I had a tire issue on my tractor and mistakenly took it to the "Tire shop on south highway 75" and was told by them it couldn't have a tube put it sorry you need to buy a new wheel. I took it to "Fast Track the next day and Clay said he absolutely could and did! I picked it up later that day AND it was $11 cheaper than the other shop! Big thank you to Clay you saved me from having to purchase a new wheel. 5*

Had a brake pad fall off my car, which in turn, lead to a damaged rotor. Got in on a busy day, got quoted a fantastic price, and after a little bit of patience (rotors were rusted in), got taken care of, with no additional cost. Every worker I ran into was friendly and helpful. I'm actually already back (for a different problem) as I write this late review because I appreciated how well they took care of me before. Absolutely recommend.

Cannot say enough.How wonderful these guys are. I had an issue with my brakes, and they resolved it quickly and didn't overcharge me or judge me for what was happening. I came in a few weeks later to get an oil change and that went really smoothly.They checked things out for me to make sure my car was safe and discovered a stripped bolt which they were placed at only the cost of the bolt. When I got home, I realized something was up with my brakes, which they had not done, they had just tightened them initially, and they came all the way out to my house twice to resolve the issue and make sure that everything was safe. Sincerely excellent customer service. Ten out of ten would recommend.
