Fast Track Tire & Service ("Fast Track," "we," "us," or "our") operates fasttrack.tires and its two Bartlesville, Oklahoma locations. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to fasttrack.tires only, not to in-store point-of-sale transactions, CFNA financing applications, or BayIQ Rewards, each of which has its own privacy practices.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out our service request form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, preferred location, vehicle year/make/model, the service(s) you're requesting, your preferred appointment date and time, and any notes you add. We only collect what the form asks for; we don't require any of it to browse the site or search for tires.

Vehicle and tire search information

Our tire finder and service-pricing tools are powered by TireConnect, a third-party fitment and inventory platform used across the tire industry. When you search by vehicle or tire size, that vehicle/size information and your selected store location are sent through our own server to TireConnect to return live, accurate results. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address as part of a tire search.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting and security provider automatically logs standard technical information (things like IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited) for security, fraud prevention, and keeping the site running reliably. We don't use this information to build advertising profiles.

Your browser also stores one small preference on your own device (which store location you last selected) so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device; it isn't sent to us or shared with anyone, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to you: following up on a service request, answering a question, or confirming an appointment.
• To run the tire finder: matching your vehicle or tire size to real inventory and pricing at your chosen location.
• To operate and secure the site: preventing spam and abuse, and keeping the site working correctly.
• To meet legal obligations: where we're required to by law.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

How We Share Your Information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only for the purposes described above:

• Formspark: when you submit our service request form, your submission is sent directly from your browser to Formspark, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers it to the appropriate Fast Track location's email inbox. Formspark processes this data on our behalf as our form vendor.
• TireConnect: vehicle and tire-size details you enter into the tire finder or service-pricing tool are sent to TireConnect to return live inventory and pricing.
• Our hosting/security provider: for the standard technical logging described above.

We may also share information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fast Track, our customers, or others.

Cookies & Tracking

Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy. This is a technical requirement of loading the typeface, not a tracker we control.

Data Retention

We keep service request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, service your vehicle, and maintain our business records, and no longer than necessary for those purposes. Technical hosting logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard retention schedule.

Security

Every page on fasttrack.tires is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We don't collect payment information through the website: no card numbers, financing applications, or billing details are entered on this site. We use security measures like access controls and secure hosting to protect the information we do handle, though no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.

Your Choices & Rights

You're never required to fill out our service request form or provide identifying information to browse the site or search for tires. If you've submitted a service request and want us to delete the information we have on file, or if you'd like to know what we have, contact us using the information below and we'll take care of it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California's CCPA) to know, access, or delete your personal information. We'll honor verifiable requests consistent with applicable law. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Links

Our site links out to third-party services we don't control, including CFNA Financing, BayIQ Rewards, Google Maps, and our Facebook and Instagram pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before sharing information there.
